- Settings and preferences: Notification preferences, language selection, and display name.

- Analytics data: We may use third-party analytics services (such as Adjust) to understand how users interact with the App.

- Authentication providers: If you sign in through a third-party service (e.g., Apple Sign-In), we receive basic profile information as permitted by that service.
- Subscription data: Purchase and subscription status from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store through RevenueCat.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
- Personalize your experience, including selecting exercises that match your mood and goals.

Your data is stored using Convex, a secure cloud backend. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
